About the Job

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing & Operations Manager in the execution of marketing activities and promotions for Ell Real Estate Group, with the goals of increasing inbound leads, maintaining relationships with past clients and associates, and generating repeat business and referrals.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for content creation, development of collateral materials, management of social media accounts, and other activities to promote Ell Real Estate Group among clients, prospective clients, associates, and the public.

The Marketing Coordinator will also assist the Marketing & Operations Manager in the planning and execution of client appreciation events and parties.

In addition to marketing Ell Real Estate Group, the Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for executing marketing plans for Team listings, including coordinating photography, producing property collateral, writing descriptive copy, and social media promotion.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain website content
  • Draft content for and work with graphic designer to produce: monthly direct mail pieces, monthly e-newsletters, neighborhood newsletters, inbound marketing collateral, sales collateral, monthly market reports
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client parties and appreciation events
  • Design and order promotional products and gifts
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Maintain inventory of essential collateral

Listing Marketing

  • Attend and prepare homes for listing photography appointments
  • Draft listing descriptions
  • Execute property marketing plans
  • Coordinate listing tasks

Operations & Office Management

  • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Client Services

  • Manage inventory of closing gifts
  • Coordinate delivery of client cards and closing gifts
  • Coordinate delivery of client onboarding materials
